Who we are

Vyoop is the customer-facing brand of Blue Bolt Global Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, with the UAE Authorized Agent Habro Bolt Information Technology Network Services. References to "we", "us", or "Vyoop" in this policy refer to that group.

What we collect

When you book a demo, contact us, or use our software, we collect the information you provide directly — name, company, email, phone, business type, and the messages you send us. Our software stores the operational data you put into it (CRM records, work orders, sales receipts, etc.) under your account.

How we use it

• To deliver and operate the products you have signed up for.
• To contact you about your demo, support requests, or account.
• To improve our products through aggregated, de-identified usage analytics.
• To meet UAE legal and regulatory requirements (VAT, Corporate Tax 2026, e-invoicing).

Where it lives

Customer operational data is stored on infrastructure located in the UAE or in regions configured for UAE data residency. Marketing-site analytics are processed by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity in line with their published terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors needed to deliver the service (payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, hosting), and only as required by UAE law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@blueboltglobal.com with the subject line "Privacy request".
