The basics

By accessing vyoop.com or using any Vyoop product, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the actions taken under your account. Tell us at info@blueboltglobal.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Vyoop to break UAE law.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Vyoop products without written agreement.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt the service for other customers.

Fees and billing

SaaS fees are billed annually unless agreed otherwise in writing. UAE VAT applies. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after notice.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for force majeure events.

Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of an annual term with written notice. On termination you receive an export of your data; we delete it after a 30-day grace window unless required to retain by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
